Property Litigation Solicitor, Cambridge – 6+ PQE

PQE: 6+

Location: Cambridge

Salary: Circa £70k plus (DOE)


The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a leading national Top 50 law firm in Cambridge, working alongside highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers on a broad and interesting portfolio of real estate disputes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a well-established and growing property disputes practice, with exposure to a varied caseload spanning commercial, residential and agricultural property litigation.

You will handle a diverse range of matters, with particular emphasis on commercial leasehold and freehold disputes, including:

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while working closely with Partners and senior colleagues on more complex and high-value matters. Depending on your level of experience, there will also be scope to supervise and support junior lawyers, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and play a key role within the wider team.

The Candidate

The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have 6+ years’ PQE, ideally gained within a strong City or national practice, with solid experience across property disputes and court or tribunal work. You’ll be commercially minded, driven and keen to develop your career within a highly regarded team.
