Remote Property Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
Benefits: Bonus up to £10,000, private health care, fully remote working, equipment provided, 26 days AL + bank holidays, and more.
A well-regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor or Lawyer to join its growing remote team. This opportunity offers genuine flexibility, high-quality work and excellent long-term career prospects, with both full-time and part-time applicants considered.
The Role
- Manage a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property disputes.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, possession claims, boundary disputes, rights of way and other property litigation issues.
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements and settlement agreements.
- Conduct negotiations, ADR and represent clients in court where required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.

About You
- 3+ years' PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Property Litigation Lawyer.
- Strong background in property litigation and dispute resolution.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
