Chelmsford | Property Litigation | 7–9 Years' PQE
Spirehouse are working with a well-regarded Top 200 regional law firm who are looking to strengthen its established property litigation team with an experienced senior solicitor.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a commercially minded property litigator to join an established team, with genuine scope to develop a practice, build relationships across the local market and progress towards Partnership.
What you'll be doing:
- Running your own caseload of commercial property disputes and litigation
- Advising developers, landlords, tenants and other property professionals
- Building and developing client and referrer relationships
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team

What we're looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ years PQE with strong commercial property litigation experience
- Experience across landlord & tenant, development and wider property disputes
- A commercially minded individual with genuine business development drive
- Someone with the ambition to build a practice and develop towards Partnership
