Property Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, London, GBP 45,000+ (DOE)

An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join its growing specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced partners on a broad range of high-quality property disputes while developing your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

  • You will advise a diverse client base on a wide variety of residential and commercial property disputes.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, lease extensions and collective enfranchisement matters, service charge disputes and leasehold management issues, possession proceedings and forfeiture claims, boundary disputes, rights of way, easements, and restrictive covenants.
  • Working closely with experienced partners, you will take responsibility for your own caseload while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the property litigation team.

Skills Required

  • Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
  • Experience handling residential and/or commercial landlord and tenant matters.
  • Knowledge of leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, or other leasehold property work would be advantageous.
  • Confidence managing files independently from instruction through to conclusion.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent client care and communication abilities.
  • A commercially minded approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to contribute to the ongoing development of the department.
