Property Litigation Solicitor
Leeds | Hybrid Working | Up to £68,000 DOE
A leading Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Real Estate disputes team in Leeds. With a strong pipeline of high-quality work and close collaboration with the Commercial Property department, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team offering genuine long-term career progression.
The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, working directly alongside experienced Partners within a supportive and collaborative team.
- The work includes a broad range of real estate disputes, with responsibility for running files from instruction through to resolution while building strong client relationships.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with 2+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
- Confident managing your own caseload of real estate disputes
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
- Keen to develop your career within a busy, specialist litigation team

- Salary up to £68,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the Leeds office, 2 days from home
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
