Property Disputes Solicitor | Tunbridge Wells
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Property Disputes Solicitor to join its growing team in Tunbridge Wells.
This is a genuine growth opportunity within a busy and successful Property Disputes department. The team currently has a strong pipeline of work and is turning away new matters due to demand, creating an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their experience within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an established Property Disputes team and handle a varied caseload of quality property litigation matters.
The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor between 1–4 PQE who has already gained exposure to good-quality Property Disputes work and is looking to build on their existing experience.
You do not need to be the finished article. The team places a strong emphasis on development, providing hands-on training, strong management and regular communication to help solicitors continue to develop their technical and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied Property Disputes caseload
- Advising clients on a range of property-related disputes
- Conducting litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Developing strong client relationships
- Working closely with Partners and senior members of the team
- Contributing to the continued growth of the department
- Developing technical expertise through hands-on training and supervision

The Team
You will join a well-established team consisting of:
- 2 Partners
- 2 Senior Associates
- 1 Associate
- 1 Solicitor
- Dedicated support staff
The wider Commercial Property team consists of 54 people, providing an excellent platform for collaboration and development.

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 1–4 PQE
- Have experience in Property Litigation / Property Disputes
- Have exposure to good-quality legal work
- Be commercially aware and client focused
- Have a genuine desire to develop technically
- Be ambitious and interested in long-term progression
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment

Salary & Benefits

Location
The office is conveniently located in Tunbridge Wells, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it easily accessible for those commuting from London and the surrounding areas.
The role would ideally suit someone within approximately a 30-minute commute of the office.
Interview Process
The process consists of two stages, both held in person, with interviews alongside the Head of Department and Partner, followed by a technical assessment.
