Property Litigation Solicitor
Role Overview
A leading national law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Legal Expenses Insurance team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in property disputes to handle a varied caseload while benefiting from a highly flexible hybrid working arrangement.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of contentious property matters, advising insurers and policyholders on disputes from inception through to resolution. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, strong career development opportunities and the chance to join a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Requirements Include:
- Experience managing a caseload of litigated and pre-litigation matters.
- Strong knowledge of contentious property issues, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, rent arrears recovery, boundary disputes, nuisance claims and rights of way matters.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client care and relationship management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to dispute resolution.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
