Property Litigation Associate

Location: Surrey/Hampshire border (hybrid working)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus exceptional bonus

The Role

Join a progressive, highly ranked law firm as a Property Litigation Solicitor, handling various property disputes like landlord/tenant matters, boundary conflicts, and lease renewals. Work in a collaborative, inclusive, and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and represent clients in property disputes (commercial and residential).
  • Manage a diverse caseload independently.
  • Draft legal documents (pleadings, agreements, etc.).
  • Handle mediations, arbitrations, and court advocacy if required.
  • Stay updated on property law and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and promote diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience in property litigation.
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and property legislation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Client-focused and empathetic.
