⚖️ Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate – 3+ PQE
Manchester | Hybrid | Competitive salary + excellent benefits
A highly regarded, growing regional law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate (3+ PQE) to join its established Land & Property Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property litigator looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking team.
The role
You will manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced Partners and senior fee earners on a broad range of contentious property matters, including:
- Commercial landlord & tenant disputes
- Lease renewals and dilapidations
- Break clauses and forfeiture
- Restrictive covenants
- Easements and rights of way
- Rights of light
- Trespass and possession claims
- Property contract disputes
- Professional negligence claims involving property professionals
- General real estate litigation

You will have direct client contact and opportunities to attend hearings, instruct counsel and experts, draft court documents and correspondence, and play an active role in the continued development of the team.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years' PQE (ideally)
- Strong commercial property litigation experience
- Experience handling a varied contentious property caseload
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- The ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in property litigation
- An appetite for business development and contributing to the growth of the practice
