About The Role
This full-time, hybrid role in Hampshire suits a Property Litigation Solicitor with two to four years' PQE, offering £55,000 to £70,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate manages a varied caseload of contentious residential property matters, advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold and service charge issues, possession and eviction proceedings, and breaches of lease or contract. You will take ownership of a diverse caseload of contentious residential property matters, guiding each case from initial instruction through to resolution. You will advise on a broad range of complex disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, leasehold and service charge issues, possession and eviction proceedings, breaches of lease and contract, boundary disputes, and adverse possession claims, providing commercially focused advice and delivering effective strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
- Manage litigation and court proceedings, drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients at hearings where required
- Utilize alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation, to secure practical, commercially focused, and cost-effective outcomes for clients
Applications are invited from Solicitors with 2–4 years’ PQE and solid experience in property litigation or dispute resolution. You will have strong technical and drafting skills, excellent client care abilities, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to navigate disputes effectively and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
