The Role
- Join a thriving and well-regarded property disputes team located in Leeds.
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters, which includes but is not limited to disputes relating to landlord and tenant issues, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, and rights to light.
- Handle matters with genuine autonomy and responsibility, whilst simultaneously working with and supporting a collaborative team.
- Advise a diverse client base across a range of sectors and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions to complex property disputes.

The Candidate
- Applications are welcomed from Property Litigation Solicitors with 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- The successful candidate will have experience in commercial property disputes and have handled a wide range of property-related litigation.
- You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A client-focused approach and confidence managing your own caseload is necessary.
