The Role
Property Litigation Senior Associate / Legal Director - Up to £100,000 salary
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals. The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality commercial and private client work.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s commercial offering, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Property Litigator to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
You'll be advising and assisting clients in a wide range of disputes, but mostly concerning residential and commercial properties. Clients include high net worth individuals, property companies, private landowners, leaseholders, and tenant associations.

The Oxford area is very active from a corporate and commercial perspective, primarily with owner/managed businesses to UK subsidiaries of International brands.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support.
The Candidate
- Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 8 years post-qualification experience or equivalent
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
