Property Litigation Solicitor / 6+ PQE / Birmingham / 70k – 80k DOE

Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE: 6+ years

Location: Birmingham

Salary: 70k – 80k DOE

The Role:

  • This role offers a genuinely varied caseload covering the broad remit of real estate litigation.
  • As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be dealing with a varied mix of property advisory and litigation work across complex commercial leasehold and freehold disputes.
  • Typical work will include but is not limited to possession and forfeiture claims, lease renewals and rent reviews across the high court, county court, and tribunals, as well as the possibility to gain exposure to residential and agricultural litigation matters.
  • You will manage your own caseload, supervise junior lawyers, support partners on large matters, and contribute to the development of the business dependent on level of experience.

The Candidate:

Applications are welcomed from Property Litigation Lawyers with at least 6+ years PQE gained within a firm renowned for their property litigation offerings. You will have gained hands-on real estate disputes experience and have experience of tribunals and court work. You will also be expected to have several skills and attributes such as:

  • Excellent time and paper management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and the desire to be involved in growing the practice.
  • Willingness to learn, build new and strengthen client and agent relationships.
  • The ability to work effectively with colleagues and other team members.
