An established Manchester law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its growing disputes team. With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation in the market, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and successful property litigation practice.

Your new role

You will join a well-regarded property litigation team where you'll advise a broad range of clients on contentious property matters. The caseload is varied and will include landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, easements, restrictive covenants and other real estate disputes. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you'll have the opportunity to develop strong client relationships, contribute to business development activities and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified solicitor with up to 2 year's PQE and some exposure to property litigation work. You'll be client-focused, commercially minded and keen to build your expertise within a well-regarded and supportive team.
