Property Litigation Solicitor - NQ–2 PQE – Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Property Litigation Solicitor to join one of the South East's most respected commercial law firms.
This is a chance to become part of a well-established real estate disputes team with an outstanding reputation for the quality of its work and the strength of its client relationships. The team advises a broad mix of commercial clients, including established businesses, developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and private clients, handling a varied and interesting caseload across the full spectrum of property disputes.
The work includes:
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Lease renewals
- Dilapidations
- Rent reviews
- Forfeiture and possession claims
- Development disputes
- Rights of way and restrictive covenant issues
- Boundary and ownership disputes
- Insolvency-related property matters
- Litigation in the County Court, High Court and specialist property tribunals
- Regular involvement in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution

Applications are welcomed from candidates with strong academic credentials and experience gained within a recognised commercial practice. A grounding in commercial landlord and tenant work would be advantageous, together with a genuine interest in property litigation, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
