I'm working with a highly regarded law firm in Staffordshire that is continuing to invest in and grow its Property Litigation offering. As part of that growth, they are looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor at NQ-3 PQE.
This is an opportunity for a solicitor who wants more than simply another role. You'll join an established team with a strong reputation in the market, working closely with leading Partners and senior lawyers and gaining exposure to high-quality, complex property disputes.
The Opportunity
The team acts for a diverse range of clients, from property developers, investors and commercial occupiers through to businesses, landowners and individuals. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of property litigation, including:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals and dilapidations
- Break clauses and forfeiture
- Restrictive covenants and easements
- Rights of light, trespass and possession disputes
- Property contract claims
- Professional negligence claims involving property professionals
- Contentious commercial and residential property matters

There is also genuine scope to develop beyond fee-earning. The team encourages junior lawyers to become involved in client relationships, business development and the wider growth of the practice, giving you the opportunity to build your own profile within the market.
The firm also offers hybrid working and flexibility, alongside strong support and supervision. You'll have the freedom to take increasing responsibility as your experience develops, while benefiting from a collaborative team environment when working in the office.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a NQ-3 PQE Solicitor with some existing experience in property litigation or real estate disputes. You'll ideally be:
- Technically strong with a genuine interest in property litigation
- Commercially minded and client-focused
- Confident managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
- Keen to work alongside experienced Partners and learn from leading lawyers
- Ambitious about developing your career within property disputes
- Interested in contributing to the continued growth of the team
