Property Litigation Solicitor | NQ–4 PQE | Southampton, Hampshire

The Opportunity
You'll manage a varied caseload while gaining exposure to increasingly complex, high-value matters:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes with genuine commercial stakes
- Dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals, break notices
- Possession claims and rent recovery
- Boundary, easement, and adverse possession disputes
- Leasehold enfranchisement and property-related professional negligence
Early client responsibility, strong partner support, and genuine opportunities to develop real expertise. You're not shadowing. You're actually doing the work, with proper backing.

About You
- NQ to 4 PQE as a Property Litigation Solicitor
- Confident managing your own caseload (or ready to develop that confidence with proper support)
- Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in collective enfranchisement or specialist property disputes beneficial but not essential
- Ready to join a team that will genuinely develop you
