A highly regarded North West law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-6 PQE) to join its growing Land and Property Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 recognised team acting for a diverse client base including property developers, investors, commercial occupiers, businesses and private individuals across a broad range of contentious property matters.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of property disputes while working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on complex matters, including:

  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Lease renewals
  • Dilapidations claims
  • Break notices and forfeiture
  • Possession proceedings
  • Easements and restrictive covenants
  • Rights of light disputes
  • Trespass and boundary disputes
  • Property-related contractual disputes
  • Professional negligence claims involving property professionals

About You

Applications are welcomed from NQ to 6 years' PQE Solicitors who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in litigation, ideally property litigation
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • The ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
  • An interest in business development and building professional relationships
