A leading national law firm is looking to strengthen its expanding Real Estate Litigation team with the appointment of a talented Solicitor / Associate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and ambitious team, working on high-quality and varied commercial property disputes for a broad range of clients, including major household names.
The opportunity
You will have exposure to a wide range of commercial property disputes, including:
- 1954 Act lease renewals, both opposed and unopposed
- Break options and contractual/statutory notices
- Dilapidations disputes and settlements
- Restrictive covenants
- Rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance
- Telecoms disputes
- Possession and insolvency-related matters
- Rent arrears, forfeiture, CRAR and landlord remedies
- Court proceedings and wider commercial property disputes

The team works closely with the firm's transactional Real Estate practice, alongside dedicated Legal Operations, Business Services and real estate paralegal support.
What are they looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial Real Estate Litigation, with a strong technical understanding of areas such as the 1954 Act, dilapidations, landlord remedies, notices and property-related disputes.
You will also be someone who:
- Takes ownership of their work
- Has a strong commercial and client-focused approach
- Enjoys developing lasting client relationships
- Works well within a supportive and collegiate team
- Is ambitious and keen to contribute to the growth of the practice
