PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 6+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, £85,000 – £100,000 DOE – JOB REF: 215305570
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded team, handling a varied caseload of complex commercial and residential property disputes. The Role
You will handle a diverse range of contentious property matters, advising clients across both commercial and residential sectors. Your caseload will include disputes relating to land and property, landlord and tenant matters and commercial property issues. You will manage matters from pre-action through to trial, providing strategic and commercially focused advice, preparing cases for hearings, and representing clients where required. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will play an important role in delivering a high-quality service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors with 6+ years’ PQE and a strong track record in contentious property work. You will bring excellent technical expertise, sound commercial judgement, and the confidence to take ownership of a varied caseload, supported by strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
This is an opportunity for a driven and client-focused lawyer who enjoys building trusted relationships, delivering pragmatic solutions, and playing an active role in the continued growth of a successful practice. You will be proactive in business development, keen to develop your profile and thrive as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
