Property Litigation Solicitor – 1 PQE+
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
Working arrangement: Hybrid Working (2 Days from Home)
A leading regional Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing department in Cambridgeshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to join a highly regarded disputes team at an exciting stage of growth.
You will work closely with a well-respected Partner who is continuing to expand the team as part of the firm’s ambitious five-year growth strategy. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of both residential and commercial property disputes, providing excellent quality work and long-term progression opportunities.
The Role
The caseload will include a wide range of property litigation matters, including:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Boundary disputes
- Rights of way disputes
- Business tenancies under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Service charge disputes
- Defective building works claims
- Dilapidations claims on lease termination
- Forfeiture matters
- Rent arrears recovery
- Injunctive proceedings
