Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate

Location: Norfolk
Firm: Regional Firm
Working arrangements: Hybrid (3 days from home)
Salary: £45,000-£60,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and growing regional law firm with a long-standing presence across Norfolk.

The firm has built a strong reputation across the region and now operates from six offices with over 100 staff. With continued growth and expansion into new locations, this is an exciting time to join the business, particularly within its established and expanding Disputes team.

The Role

The Litigation team is already made up of 7+ members and continues to go from strength to strength, with increasing levels of work creating the need for an additional solicitor.

You will have the opportunity to work across a varied property disputes caseload, advising both individuals and businesses on matters including:

  • Land and property disputes
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Boundary and ownership disputes
  • Lease and covenant disputes
  • Possession and eviction matters
  • Easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants
  • Property-related contractual disputes
  • Development and construction-related disputes

Flexible Working
