The Property Maintenance Operative is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented school environment. The role also involves assisting with monitoring contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school premises.

- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Undertaking health and safety checks
- Setting up rooms for school activities and events
- Maintaining the school grounds
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests
- Supporting staff with premises requests
- Safeguarding of young people on site
