Job Description:
Greenbank Rental Services Ltd is looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our busy property management team.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone with experience in property maintenance, repairs coordination or lettings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing property maintenance and repair issues
- Logging and allocating maintenance jobs to contractors
- Obtaining and comparing quotes
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Chasing outstanding works and ensuring jobs are completed promptly
- Prioritising urgent and emergency repairs
- Keeping accurate records and updating our property management system
- Arranging property visits where required
- Ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently and to a high standard

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be confident dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Be able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Have good problem-solving skills
- Have previous experience within property maintenance, lettings or a similar role
- Be confident using computer systems and managing administration
