Working alongside the Engineering Team to maintain the commercial offices and its fabric in excellent condition at all times, ensuring that all facilities, plant areas and associated equipments are in full working order. Utilise your personal skills to perform minor & major repairs for the properties around Heathrow area.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide ‘hands on’ skills to ensure all mechanical services, including boilers, chillers, pumps and air-conditioning plants are maintained in perfect working condition.
  • Ensure the accomplishment of the building preventive maintenance program goals.
  • Maintain and repair of commercial buildings.
  • To replace fixtures, fittings and general appliances for the hotel guest and staff.
  • Carry out daily inspections of the plant rooms
  • To carry out emergency repairs affecting guest bedrooms and services with an immediate effect.
  • To perform ad hoc painting and building repair work as necessary.
  • To maintain a comfortable environment in the hotel through BMS system, checking and setting temperatures including time schedules.

  • Must have recognised qualification and or experience in Electrical or Mechanical services.
  • Good level of English essential
  • Knowledge of computer programs.
  • Previous Hotel/Hospital Maintenance experience preferable
