We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activity across our UK & ROI retail estate, ensuring our stores remain safe, compliant and operationally efficient. This is an opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, influence decision-making and help shape the future of our estate.

It's a field-based position with regular travel across the UK and ROI, along with visits to Cirrus House in Nottingham when required. You'll spend time out in the business, building relationships, supporting stakeholders and gaining a first-hand understanding of the challenges and opportunities across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Partners and Business Development Managers to resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Meet with suppliers to review performance and identify recurring defects.
  • Support major incidents to ensure stores can continue operating with minimal disruption.

  • Manage supplier relationships, drive performance, and monitor service levels.
  • Ensure maintenance requests are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Business Development, Property Services, Procurement, Finance, Insurance, and Joint Venture Partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
