The Opportunity

£31,500 PA

Full-time, permanent role

Working Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 (35 hours per week)

  • 24 days annual leave, plus your birthday off & Christmas shutdown
  • Company commercial vehicle
  • On-the-job training and relevant qualifications provided as necessary

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing works across our extensive property portfolio. Reporting to our Property Manager, their focus will be on ensuring all communal spaces are maintained to a set standard as well as returning unoccupied properties to required condition.


The Candidate

We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Having the right person join our team is crucial. We are seeking a versatile Maintenance/Handyperson with previous all-round maintenance experience.

The successful candidate will ideally have practical skills in a number of the following areas, although experience across all areas is not essential:

  • Painting and decorating
  • Basic carpentry skills
  • Basic plumbing skills
  • Basic electrical skills
  • Competent in using a range of tools and equipment
  • External grounds maintenance (fencing, minor landscaping, pothole repairs)
  • Any other general maintenance works
