Property Maintenance Project Coordinator

Are you a highly organised coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Maintenance Project Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our repairs and maintenance service running smoothly. You'll be at the heart of our operation, coordinating schedules, resources, materials and customer communications to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, safely and right first time.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating operative schedules to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
  • Managing diaries, workload allocation and resource planning.
  • Liaising with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Supporting repairs, maintenance projects and compliance activities.
  • Monitoring performance data and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Working collaboratively across teams to resolve issues, prevent complaints and enhance the customer experience.
  • Helping drive improvements to scheduling systems and operational processes.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a planning, scheduling, coordination or project support role.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
