PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Premier Property Management
Competitive salary
Horsham, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00
Role Overview
We're looking for a Property Management Assistant to support the day to day running of residential leasehold developments, working closely with our Property Managers to keep sites well maintained, compliant and running smoothly for residents.
You'll be the first point of contact for many residents and contractors, so this is a role for someone who is organised, personable and comfortable juggling admin, enquiries and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Horsham, this is a permanent, full-time role offering genuine variety, hands on training and a clear path to progress within a growing national business.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, from resident queries and maintenance requests through to lease documentation and statutory notices.
You'll need confidence dealing with residents, contractors and colleagues alike, and the judgement to know when to resolve something yourself and when to escalate it.
You'll be expected to keep accurate records, support budgeting and reporting, and help ensure every development in your care meets lease, health and safety, and company standards.
What Success Looks Like
You'll be successful in this role if:
- Resident and contractor enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
- Maintenance requests are coordinated and resolved without unnecessary delay
- Records, leases, invoices and statutory notices are accurate and up to date
- Developments you support run compliantly and to a high standard

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
