Property Management Assistant (Part-Time)

Osborne Lettings – Newport & Cwmbran
£13.00–£14.00 per hour | 12–18 hours per week
Majority office-based with some local travel

Osborne Lettings is a Rent Smart Wales licensed, professional lettings and property management agency covering Newport, Cwmbran, Pontypool, and Torfaen. We’re looking for a Property Management Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations, communication, and compliance.

You’ll work closely with our Property Managers and Director, handling admin, maintenance coordination, utilities & council tax updates, documentation, check-ins, and occasional viewings/inspections. A pool car is available for local travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office-based admin & communication
  • Logging and coordinating maintenance
  • Utilities & Council Tax updates
  • Preparing tenancy documents
  • Routine inspections, check-ins & occasional viewings
  • Supporting landlords and Contract Holders (Tenants)
  • Compliance tracking (Gas, EICR, EPC, RSW)

  • Strong admin or customer-service background
  • Confident communicator
  • Good IT skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks
  • Lettings/property experience beneficial but not essential. The right attitude is the winner.
