The Opportunity
Are you highly organised, process-driven, and looking for a clear pathway into Property Management?
We are looking for an operational linchpin to support our fast-paced lettings team. You won't just be pushing paper—you will get hands-on experience across multiple residential portfolios, receive dedicated training, and have the opportunity to step up and provide critical operational cover for our senior managers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Being the Linchpin: Acting as the primary support for our Property Managers, handling daily administration, tenant enquiries, and system updates.
- Stepping Up: Providing dedicated weekly cover for our Professional Property Manager on their day off and gaining valuable cross-portfolio exposure by supporting the wider team during peak periods.
- Solving Problems: Triaging maintenance requests, coordinating trusted contractors, and arranging property access.
- Getting Out of the Office: Conducting routine property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs (full training provided).
- Keeping Us Compliant: Monitoring safety certificates (Gas, EPC, EICR) and assisting with tenancy renewals and change-of-sharer paperwork.
Who We Are Looking For:
- You are highly organised and rarely let a detail slip through the cracks.
- You have a calm, solution-focused approach when dealing with customers or contractors.
- You are highly IT-literate and comfortable learning new CRM and property management software.
- You know when to take initiative and solve a problem but also know exactly when to escalate a complex issue to senior management.
- Bonus points if you have previous administrative, customer service, or property/maintenance coordination experience.
