Madison Berkeley is working with one of the biggest names in property to appoint a surveyor within its specialist development consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking Design for Management reviews
- Preparing service charge strategies and mobilisation budgets
- Developing operational plans for new developments
- Advising clients and developers throughout the development process
- Working across residential, retail, office, and science-sector projects
Ideal Candidate
The role would suit someone with property management or development consultancy experience who enjoys the project-led and advisory side of the industry.
