About Bridges Property Management

Bridges Property Management launched in April 2026 with the ambition of building a modern, high-performing property management business focused on delivering an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants.

The business is off to a strong start, with a number of successful lets already completed and a healthy pipeline of properties coming to market.

We are now looking for a Property Management Lead to join us at this exciting stage and play a key role in taking the business to its next level of growth.

This is an opportunity to join early, take genuine ownership and help shape the future of the business.

The opportunity

As Property Management Lead, you will initially be a hands-on and highly visible member of the team, responsible for supporting the full lettings and property management journey.

As the business grows, your role will evolve alongside it. You will have the opportunity to help develop processes, improve systems, shape the customer experience and contribute to building the wider property management team.

This is not simply a portfolio management position. We are looking for someone who wants to build something, not just manage something that already exists.

You will be involved in a little bit of everything since we’re still in the early stages. That’ll look like anything from conducting viewings and managing tenant applications, to presenting applicants to landlords, processing applications, coordinating check-ins and managing properties once tenants are in.

Key responsibilities

Lettings & property onboarding

  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Manage enquiries and prospective tenant communication.
  • Take and process tenant applications.
  • Carry out appropriate referencing and application checks.
  • Present suitable applicants to landlords and provide clear recommendations.
  • Coordinate the progression of successful applications through to move-in.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants and relevant third parties throughout the process.
  • Coordinate check-ins and ensure properties are ready for occupation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced within property management, lettings or a closely related property role.
  • Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Detail-oriented, with high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business.
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems rather than waiting for someone else to do it.
  • Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to help build a business from an early stage.

Why join Bridges Property Management?

This is an opportunity to join a business at the beginning of its growth journey. You won’t be joining a large established team where your role is already defined and the processes are already set, instead, you’ll have the opportunity to help define them.

As the business grows, so will the team, and we want the person in this role to have a genuine influence over how that team operates, what it stands for and what Bridges Property Management becomes.

If you’re looking for a role with responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to grow alongside a business, we’d love to hear from you.
