Job Description

Role Overview

Manage the day-to-day operations of UK residential rental properties, including tenant move-ins and move-outs, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and the management of utility accounts (electricity, gas, water and broadband).

Act as the main point of contact between tenants, landlords and third-party service providers, coordinating and resolving property-related issues while ensuring a high standard of customer service and tenant satisfaction.

Communicate effectively in English with tenants, landlords, property management companies, contractors and other external partners to facilitate the timely resolution of property-related matters.

Coordinate the end-to-end maintenance process, including handling maintenance requests, obtaining and reviewing quotations, scheduling contractor appointments, monitoring repair progress and confirming satisfactory completion of works.

Maintain accurate property management records and documentation, including bilingual correspondence, document filing, system updates, data entry and other administrative tasks.

Assist in handling customer complaints and urgent property-related issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the property portfolio.

Support the preparation of Check-in, Check-out and routine property inspection reports, ensuring property conditions are accurately documented in accordance with company standards.

Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by the Department Manager.

使用英语与英国当地租客、房东、物业管理公司、维修供应商等进行日常沟通,推动问题高效解决;

跟进物业维修全过程,包括报修受理、报价审核、维修预约、进度跟踪及完工验收;

负责物业管理相关文档及系统维护,包括中英文邮件处理、资料整理归档、业务信息录入及各类运营数据更新;

协助处理客户投诉及突发事件,积极协调各方资源,保障物业运营顺畅;

完成部门负责人安排的其他工作。

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • English can be used as a working language
  • Work experience unlimited, we can train you if you have no relevant work experience
  • Able to think independently and put forward constructive suggestions.

Due to the nature of the role, this position involves frequent travel to property sites for inspections, reporting and coordination. Applicants should be comfortable with regular field-based work and able to carry out on-site duties independently.
