We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a longstanding and very successful UK property company.
You will join a small, satellite team based within one of the client's Heathrow office buildings. From here you will deliver a full and diverse spread of property management duties across a portfolio of quality Thames Valley and Surrey assets.
The Role
- Undertake regular property inspections to ensure lease compliance and also establish and wants of repair.
- Meet with a wide range of tenants to discuss their occupational intentions and requirements.
- Deliver both service charge budgets and management, reporting to tenants as required.
- Oversee the FM services that are delivered into the various assets, including the supervision of Building Managers.
- Take a lead role across lease events - rent reviews, expiries, and renewals.
- Ensure statutory compliance and H&S standards.

Your Background
- You must have commercial property management experience and ideally that includes management of multi-let offices.
- Strong understanding of compliance issues around current property management.
- Strong tenant-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- You will be happy working with a high level of autonomy and welcome the responsibility that brings.
- Ideally MRICS qualified.
