Role Overview
The successful candidate will be joining an established team within the property management department in London. Working from the West End (Margaret Street) office, you would be joining a dynamic team of surveyors, property managers and support staff managing a wide range of properties, including offices, industrial estates and business parks on behalf of institutional investors, pension funds, and property companies.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Management Surveyor to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of the assets, while delivering a high standard of service to both occupiers and our clients.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of property management, including occupier liaison, lease/data administration, service charge budgeting and financial reporting. You will work closely with internal teams across finance and building consultancy as well as our clients external suppliers including third-party facilities managers to maintain the quality and value of the portfolio.
This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, financial awareness, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve property-related issues.
