Property Manager

π· Salary: Up to Β£32,000 DOE
π Monday-Friday | 10:00am-6:00pm
A well-established independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its growing team in East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to manage a portfolio of approximately 190-200 residential properties, with the support of a dedicated Property Administrator who handles much of the day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 190-200 residential properties
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance works and contractor appointments
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Resolve property-related issues efficiently and professionally

About You
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Own vehicle preferred
