We're recruiting on behalf of an established residential property business that's strengthening its Property Management team following continued growth and investment. You'll manage a portfolio of high-quality residential and mixed-use developments while joining a collaborative team with genuine opportunities to progress your career.

The Role
You'll take ownership of your own portfolio, ensuring developments are managed efficiently, remain fully compliant and continue to deliver an exceptional experience for residents and clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments.
- Building strong relationships with residents, clients and contractors.
- Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring developments are maintained to a high standard.
- Managing service charge budgets, expenditure and financial performance.
- Overseeing Section 20 consultations, major works and contractor performance.
- Ensuring compliance with leasehold legislation and Building Safety requirements.
- Resolving resident enquiries and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About You
You'll already have experience within residential block management and enjoy taking ownership of your portfolio.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager.
- Strong knowledge of service charges, leasehold legislation and compliance.
- TPI Level 3 Associate in Leasehold Management (ATPI).
- Experience managing high-rise and/or mixed-use developments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
