Location - Islington

Salary - £28,000 - £35,000

Hours – Mon – Fri 9am-5.30pm

They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. Based in a vibrant office alongside an experienced and supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be experienced in all aspects of property management and make managing a portfolio of around 220 properties look easy! This means you will be highly organized and self-sufficient feeling confident enough to jump straight in!

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
  • Managing the tenancy lifecycle from move-in through to renewal and end of tenancy.
  • Handling tenant enquiries, queries and maintenance requests promptly.
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
  • Arranging and managing property inspections.
  • Liaising with landlords regarding property condition, maintenance and expenditure.
  • Managing rent-related queries and working closely with the accounts team regarding arrears.
  • Dealing with tenancy renewals, extensions and notices.
  • Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
  • Managing check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinating deposit deductions and resolving disputes where necessary.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring all property management systems are kept up to date.
  • Responding effectively to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years property management experience.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
  • Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
