If you are looking for a fresh start to your career and need an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, varied, and challenging role then Hancock and Partners have a vacancy that ticks all those boxes! We are a small, friendly, and professional team dealing with Residential Lettings and are looking for a Full-time Property Manager & Property Inspector.
Your main duties will include:
- Routine Property Inspections
- Compiling reports for landlords with recommendations for necessary works
- Advising tenants on actions required following inspections
- Compiling Inventories and check outs
- Assisting with property maintenance issues

As well as the above, it is of utmost importance that the following are carried out as a part of the role:
- Updating the system (Alto & Inventory Hive) on a daily basis to monitor and maintain property records
- Ensuring that the company policies are upheld at all times whilst carrying out your duties
- Building up strong relationships with all parties to gain trust and to keep the reputation of the company as the best in the local area
- Ensuring compliance with Propertymark, GDPR, and company code of conduct at all times.

The successful candidate will have confident communication skills, with time-management and organizational capabilities being core strengths. You must have relevant and recent experience in a similar role, confidence in using Microsoft Outlook/MS Packages.
