Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join a well-established property management and client services organization based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential properties, coordinating maintenance and repair works, supporting tenant and landlord relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both in the office and on-site, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections and management visits.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Manage property maintenance issues and arrange repairs as required.
  • Liaise with contractors and obtain quotations for maintenance and renovation works.
  • Prepare and provide renovation and repair cost estimates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal property management systems.
  • Process work orders, invoices, and maintenance documentation.
  • Support facilities and maintenance matters relating to office locations.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and professional communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Essential

  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude with strong ethical standards.
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable approach to work.
  • Business-level Japanese and strong English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong telephone and customer service skills.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of residential property maintenance processes.
