Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Estate Agency brand and are looking to recruit a Property Manager to work within their busy branch.

The successful applicant will join a team of four Property Managers, collectively responsible for approximately 750 fully managed properties, with a defined role and dedicated support from our pre-tenancy and credit control teams.

Please note: It is essential that applicants have previous Estate Agency experience and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
Role
Working with the existing team, you will work within a Property Manager capacity.
- Providing an exceptional service and being a point of contact
- Must be able to drive and attend court hearings/bailiff appointments
- Deals with all maintenance, EOT, compliance, and property visits

Candidate
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- Presentable
- Confident
- Committed and willing to develop your existing experience
- Keen to forge a long-term career within a long-established and professional business
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Full Driving Licence
