Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in our Portsmouth office. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating maintenance, managing tenant inquiries, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Handling tenancy administration
- Conducting property inspections
- Monitoring compliance with relevant regulations
- Supporting rent collection, lettings, and basic budgeting activities
- Regular communication with tenants, contractors, and owners
- Preparing reports on property performance and occupancy
- Assisting with marketing vacant units when required
