Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join an award-winning independent estate agency? Then, this may be the perfect role for you!
This highly successful business based in Manor Park, East London is recognised for trust, integrity, and excellence in residential sales and lettings. Due to continued growth and an expanding managed portfolio, they are seeking a Property Manager to join their professional and supportive team.
You will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio across East London, ensuring properties are legally compliant, well maintained, and professionally managed, while delivering an excellent service to both landlords and tenants.

To be considered, you will ideally have:
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a property manager
- Good working knowledge of current legislation

- Experience within residential property management
- ARLA / NFoPP preferred
- Strong knowledge of UK landlord and tenant legislation
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a busy portfolio in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
The package on offer for this property management role will be in the region of £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
