Position: Commercial Real Estate Manager

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40 - $65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide expert input on commercial real estate concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations for AI model development.
  • Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and contribute to the creation of realistic property management scenarios.
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts to evaluate property management best practices and industry standards.
  • Deliver clear, detailed written explanations of commercial real estate transactions and market trends for data training purposes.
  • Identify nuances in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting commercial real estate across US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
  • Participate in iterative feedback cycles, ensuring the highest accuracy and quality of project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of feasibility studies, lease agreements, and property management strategies.
  • Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Have a strong ability to convey complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Be familiar with market analysis and commercial property appraisals.
  • Have experience working with diverse teams, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism in a remote setting.
