About the Role

Regent Property are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join their growing team, based out of their Central London office.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of residential property management experience within an office environment and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. A professional approach, excellent communication, and an ability to work on your own initiative will be essential.

Responsibilities

  • To be the main point of contact for Landlords and Tenants across a portfolio of London properties.
  • Dealing with day-to-day maintenance issues and projects.
  • Raise and deal with insurance claims where necessary, liaising with loss adjusters and arranging any estimates that are required to bring the claim to a successful conclusion.
  • Ensuring that service charge and ground rent invoices are processed on receipt, and funds are reserved, as necessary.
  • Dealing with contractual paperwork arising during the Tenancy.
  • Chasing rent arrears and serving legal notices where required.
  • To arrange the checkout and process the release of the deposit, including assessing the checkout for potential deposit deductions and negotiating between the Landlord and Tenant.
