- Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Handle rent collection and ensure timely payments.
- Provide regular reports on property performance to stakeholders.
