Location: Godalming – The Mill

Salary

£48,000.00 plus £4,000 car allowance per annum

Hours

37.5 hours per week

Contract Type

About the Role

We’re looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and long-term strategy of a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure properties are well maintained, compliant, and financially viable.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to leaseholders and clients.
  • Prepare and communicate budgets.
  • Oversee annual maintenance programmes.
  • Ensure service charge accounts are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Support the handover of new schemes from clients.
  • Lead the appointment and retention of suitable, competent contractors and consultants where required.
  • Conduct regular inspections across the residential portfolio, typically every eight weeks or in line with agreed client management arrangements.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification, such as TPI or RICS.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Confidence in managing complex services and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and produce clear, professional reports.

Hybrid Working

  • With hybrid working, base locations across England, and flexible working arrangements, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!
  • This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Godalming.
  • Access to a vehicle is required.
  • Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
