Location: Godalming – The Mill
Salary
£48,000.00 plus £4,000 car allowance per annum
Hours
37.5 hours per week

About the Role
We’re looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and long-term strategy of a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure properties are well maintained, compliant, and financially viable.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to leaseholders and clients.
- Prepare and communicate budgets.
- Oversee annual maintenance programmes.
- Ensure service charge accounts are delivered accurately and on time.
- Support the handover of new schemes from clients.
- Lead the appointment and retention of suitable, competent contractors and consultants where required.
- Conduct regular inspections across the residential portfolio, typically every eight weeks or in line with agreed client management arrangements.

Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification, such as TPI or RICS.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Confidence in managing complex services and communicating effectively with customers.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and produce clear, professional reports.

Hybrid Working
- With hybrid working, base locations across England, and flexible working arrangements, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!
- This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Godalming.
- Access to a vehicle is required.
- Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
