Join one of Scotland's leading Property Factoring & Management businesses and focus on what you do best – managing properties and delivering excellent service to homeowners.

As a result of expansion and growth within the business we are looking for a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our team, managing a varied portfolio of residential developments across the Highlands.

If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and take pride in providing a professional property management service, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you are an established Property Manager looking to progress your career, or a more experienced candidate seeking a Senior Property Manager role, this is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with homeowners, resident groups, contractors and colleagues to deliver a high standard of property management service.

What makes this opportunity different is the level of support available. Unlike many property management roles, you won't be expected to manage every aspect of the portfolio alone. We have key support functions centralised within dedicated teams, including business support, sales, finance, insurance and compliance. Working alongside these specialist teams allows you to focus on client relationships, service delivery, property inspections and problem-solving, rather than administrative tasks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
