About The Role
This Property Manager role in Uphill, Weston-Super-Mare, suits someone organised and proactive with a people-first approach. Working full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, plus one Saturday in four or five (9:00am–1:00pm), the post pays £29,000, rising to £30,000 with an ARLA qualification, which the employer fully funds, along with a £1,000 increase once completed. The Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Property Manager to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare.
You’ll be responsible for managing tenancies from move-in to move-out, handling maintenance, coordinating contractors, carrying out inspections and ensuring properties remain compliant with legal and safety requirements.
You’ll be a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, keeping communication clear and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Previous property experience is welcome but not essential — full training and support will be provided, along with a fully funded ARLA qualification.
Key Responsibilities
